Making the Risk Control Program Premium Credit (RCPPC) Application Work for You

Once, housing authority employees had to labor long hours at copiers using numerous boxes of paper and generating hundreds of copies in order to submit a risk control work plan.

For Housing Authority Insurance Group members, those days will soon be gone.

RCPPC on HAI Group websiteThe work can now be completed using the Internet and meeting the standards in the new Risk Control Program Premium Credit (RCPPC) application will help reduce claims and afford you the opportunity to qualify for a credit of up to 15% off your commercial liability premium.

The RCPPC application replaces the old work plan. It brings the entire process online. Filling out the application online means there is an easy-to-access, electronic record of a PHA’s risk control efforts. Documents can be attached easily to the application to support these efforts.

The benefits of participating are many:

  • Online application – easy to complete
  • Potential of up to 15% credit on general liability policy
  • Helps a PHA identify and resolve risk issues
  • Promotes constructive discussion among PHA staff
  • Helps in brainstorming positive change

Webinar on RCPPCSupporting documents, including a User’s Guide and renewal date timelines, are available on the HAI Group Web site. Also, there are several live Webinars that explain various elements of the application.

For information on the RCPPC application or Webinars, contact Stan Gornicz by phone at 800.873.0242 (ext 455) or e-mail at sgornicz@housingcenter.com.
