The Risk Control Department is offering several live Webinars to Housing Authority Insurance Group members. The Webinars offer a variety of Risk topics, including the Risk Control Program Premium Credit (RCPPC) application, accessing HTVN programming, and the many Risk Management resources available on www.housingcenter.com.

The following is the summer Webinar schedule – all programs begin at 2 p.m. Eastern Time:

On Tuesdays, the topic is “Risk Management Resources Available on www.housingcenter.com.” This session outlines the vast array of Risk resources available on Housing Authority Insurance Group’s Web site including articles, training, and videos.

On Wednesdays, the “Accessing HTVN Programming” session explains the process of viewing policyholder programs available to members free of charge. Also, creating a user account and using the HTVN Learning Center are discussed.

On Thursdays, the “Risk Control Program Premium Credit (RCPPC) application – The Basics” session takes place. The work plan of the past has been changed to an online process. Learn the basics and the timelines involved to earn a credit of up to 15% for your PHA.

Note:  There will be no Webinars held on July 28-30.
