An increasingly-globalized economy places a greater premium on secondary education.

With that in mind, the Resident Scholarship Program was developed to create educational opportunities for residents of member housing authorities. Each year, Housing Authority Insurance Group conducts an essay contest to help them further their education.

This year, 12 scholarships each worth $2,500 will be awarded to member residents. Their essay must address the following question:

“Describe the world you come from – for example, your family, community or school – and tell us how your world has shaped your dreams and aspirations.”
