Housing Authority Insurance Group must ask itself occasionally, “Who is HAI Group right now?” The answer shapes corporate strategy, goals, and procedures, which ultimately determine whether the company stays on its successful path.

HAI Group’s Board of Directors asked and answered the “Who is HAI Group?” question during a special retreat in May. As a result, the company’s Mission and Vision Statements were revamped. In rewriting and approving new Mission and Vision Statements, the Board offered a simple, overarching view of who the company is and what it plans to be.
