The HADA Seminar was held in Milwaukee on June 18. Attendees represented 24 states and the District of Columbia. The 2009 HADA Seminar is scheduled for March 23, 2009 at Treasure Island in Las Vegas.

Clearly, Housing Authority Insurance Group employees love art and literature. On May 29, 33 HAI Group staff members volunteered time to vote for their favorite work in the annual Playground Poster and Essay Contest.

This year’s contest showed a 17% increase in participation from PHAs, with an increase of 42% in final entries received for national judging. Due to the increase in numbers and the creative submissions, the judges took extra time to review posters and essays. The staff was very enthusiastic about this year's entries.
