HTVN Offers Asset Management Certification
The Housing TeleVideo Network (HTVN) is offering an Asset Management for Public Housing Certification (AMC) that was developed by Quadel Consulting. This online certification was developed to help agencies make a successful transition into asset management, understand its organizational focus, and successfully implement it into their agency. Staff members who are involved with their agency’s conversion to asset management are encouraged to attend this certification, which will be available through November 28. There are 16 classes that students can view more than once and watch at anytime without leaving their desk or office. The cost is $995 per student and includes a Student Guide to Asset Management (from Quadel), other supporting materials, online live Q&A sessions with the trainer, exam, and certificate (presented in a wooden plaque).
